Dr Dan provides services via house calls which cost $297.00 plus mileage at the current rate of 72.5 cents per mile, or via Telehealth at a flat rate fee of $200. Acceptable payments are via Zelle, cash or cheque (the first appointment must be paid at the time of reserving an appointment).
